These terms apply when you use our website or book with Pretty Pink Lash (lash extensions by Valery, in San Antonio and Houston, Texas). By booking you agree to them.
Booking
Booking online sends a request. Your appointment is confirmed only when Valery approves it and you get a confirmation. If a time doesn’t work, we’ll ask you to pick another date.
The studio address is private: we send it 1 hour before your approved appointment.
Payment, cancellations and no-shows
You pay at your appointment. Our payment, late arrival and cancellation rules are on the Policies page (prettypinklash.com/policies) and in the client agreement you sign before your first visit.
Your health and safety
Please tell us about allergies, eye conditions or anything that could affect your service. Lash services carry a small risk of irritation; follow the aftercare instructions (prettypinklash.com/aftercare).
Text messages (SMS)
Program: Pretty Pink Lash appointment texts, sent from (833) 531-LASH. If you check “Text me about my appointment” when you book, we text you about that appointment: the confirmation, a reminder the day before, the studio address 1 hour before, and a reminder when it’s time for a fill. If you also check the promos box, we may text you specials, up to 4 a month.
Message frequency varies (about 4 texts per appointment). Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (833) 531-LASH or [email protected]. Reply STOP to opt out at any time — you’ll get one message confirming it and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking; without it we contact you by email.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We never share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy at prettypinklash.com/privacy.
We email you about your appointments. Every email says why you got it. To stop, reply to the email or contact [email protected].
Reviews, photos and referral credit
If you rate your visit, we may show your first name, city, stars and comment on the website. Photos are only posted if you allowed it on your client form. Referral credit has no cash value and can be changed or ended at any time.

Prices, services and deals can change. The website is provided as is; we’re not liable for indirect damages to the extent the law allows.
