What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and (if you give it) Instagram handle.
• Your appointments, the forms you sign (including health questions that affect your service), ratings and referral credit.
• Whether you agreed to appointment texts and to promo texts, and when you replied STOP or START.
• Website visits are counted per page and day only — no cookies to track you and no IP addresses stored.

How we use it

To confirm, remind and manage your appointments, send the studio address 1 hour before, ask how your visit went, keep your referral credit, and — only if you agreed — send promos.

Text messaging and your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Telnyx to send texts and Postmark to send emails. They process your number or email only to deliver our messages.

Who else sees it

Only Valery and the companies that run our website, texts, email and photo storage (Cloudflare, Telnyx, Postmark), only to provide those services. We share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While you’re a client, and as long as records are needed for your safety or the law. Ask us and we’ll delete your information (signed forms we must keep are the exception).

Your choices

Children

Our services and website are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
